Rachel Spruill, MSW, LSW
Rachel Spruill is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified CT Specialist through the Beck Initiative Program. Rachel graduated from Widener University, where she received her Masters of Clinical Social Work and Masters of Education in Human Sexuality. Rachel has experience as a substance abuse counselor, TF-CBT trained therapist, residential counselor, sexual health educator, and HIV counselor.​

She primarily works with adult IOP clients and LGBTQ* persons of color both in group and individual sessions. However, she has individual and group experience working with adult and adolescent survivors of sexual abuse, persons with co-occurring mental health in a forensic setting, African American men who have sex with men (MSM), sex workers, and trans-women of color. Rachel approaches treatment from a person-centered perspective, where she utilizes cognitive, motivational interviewing, narrative, and solution-focused techniques to help meet the clients’ goals.
