Trevor is a graduate student in Community and Trauma Counseling program at Thomas Jefferson University. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. He is completing his internship at MTR Therapy, providing hands-on, real-world experience within the Philadelphia community. Trevor has completed trainings in mindfulness and is pursuing to become a PA Licensed Professional Counselor. With experience in the recovery community, Trevor has provided services to individuals and groups struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression, and relationships.

He was a member of the University of Delaware’s football program where he was a four-year letter winner, two-time conference player of the week, and battled injuries for the majority of his career.

Trevor is interested in working with athletes who suffer from performance anxiety, depression, and substance use. His experience with a career-ending injury and understanding the unique lifestyle of a student-athlete has fueled his passion to pursue working with this population. Trevor utilizes an existential and person-centered approach to help clients progress toward living their best life. By fostering a safe and accepting environment, Trevor aims to build a collaborative, empathetic therapeutic relationship with individuals. He is passionate about enabling the individuals he works with to reach their full potential and fulfill the goals they have established while working together.
