FEES AND INSURANCE

Rates:

Initial Evaluation: $250.00

Initial Evaluation  with Drug and Alcohol Testing: $350.00

Individual Psychotherapy with a Licensed Therapist: $200.00

Individual Psychotherapy with a Pre-Licensed Therapist: $125.00

Group Psychotherapy 90-minutes: $75.00

Group Psychotherapy 60-minutes: $50.00

Coaching Services: $100.00

 

***Range of fees is dependent on the provider's level of experience and/or speciality certification.

Insurance:

​

Service may be covered in full, or in part, by your health insurance or employee benefit(s) plan. Please refer to your plan coverage carefully, and ask the following question:

​

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What is the copay amount per therapy session?
Is prior authorization required from my primary care physician?

Patients are responsible for contacting their insurance plan to determine costs and to obtain prior authorization when it is required. Patients are financially responsible if their insurance companies deny care and/or misquote the costs of care.

Insurance – In Network:

​

Please be advised that not all clinicians are in network with your plan. At this time, we only accept insurance at our Philadelphia, PA location.

​

Presently, MTR Therapy accepts Aetna, Aetna Student Health, Highmark, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Behavioral Health (Optum). Out of state Blue Cross plans (i.e. Anthem, Horizon Blue Cross) may be accepted. Please be advised that not all plans are accepted at each site and not every provider is in network.

Payment:

MTR Therapy accepts cash, check and all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX). Please note that there is a service fee, not to exceed 4.5%, for all credit card payments.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

MTR Therapy expects that all scheduled sessions will be attended and ask that any cancellations by communicated no later than 24-hours in advance. MTR Therapy reserves the right to charge a $60.00 fee, per occurrence, for any sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour’s notice.
