Paola received her degree in Communication from American Intercontinental University (AIU).  She has worked with children and families in the communities both in Florida and New Jersey under the Children’s System of Care.  Paola is an avid advocate for families, women and children, committed to breaking language barriers through communication. As an immigrant she has worked with families that have been displaced from their countries providing case management services incorporating humanistic and person centered approaches.

Paola believes open communication and collaboration is key to developing strong and healthy relationships. She has received training in Cultural Competence, Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bullying, Human Trafficking, Youth Gang Involvement.  She is bilingual in Spanish and is available to provide coaching services to parents.
